Target Information

Cluster of differentiation 45 (CD45), also known as protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type C (PTPRC) is a transmembrane glycoprotein, expressed on almost all haematopoietic cells except for mature erythrocytes. CD45RA is the long isoform of CD45 and is expressed on naive T cells. Swine CD45 shows a broad reactivity pattern with both lymphoid and myeloid cells.
