Target Information

Cluster of Differentiation 47 (CD47), also known as the integrin-associated signal transducer is a cell surface molecule in the immunoglobulin superfamily that has been reported to bind to several different proteins, including integrins, thrombospondin-1, and most importantly, signal regulatory protein α (SIRPα). Swine CD47 is widely expressed on swine cells and tissues. Swine pig CD47 has a conserved role as a TSP ligand and in the modulation of integrins.
