Target Information

TYRO Protein Tyrosine Kinase-Binding Protein (TYROBP), also known as DAP12, is a protein involved in cellular communication and immune responses. TYROBP is an ITAM-containing protein associated with various immune cells, including natural killer (NK) cells and dendritic cells. TYRO Protein Tyrosine Kinase-Binding Protein is encoded by the TYROBP gene in pigs. Research has shown that TYROBP serve as an independent prognostic biomarker for overall survival in osteosarcoma.

Target/Biomarker Porcine TYROBP
Target Synonym TYRO protein tyrosine kinase-binding protein; DNAX-activation protein 12; TYROBP; DAP12
