Target Information
Bovine macrophage derived chemokine (MDC), also known as CCL22, is a CC chemokine primarily produced by macrophages and dendritic cells. It plays a significant role in the immune response by attracting dendritic cells, natural killer (NK) cells, and the Th2 subset of T cells. MDC is a potent chemoattractant and is involved in the regulation of immune cell migration and activation.
