Target Information

In cats, feline arylsulfatase B (ARSB) is a lysosomal enzyme that hydrolyzes sulfate groups from glycosaminoglycans such as chondroitin sulfate and dermatan sulfate. ARSB deficiency in cats leads to mucopolysaccharidosis type VI (MPS VI), a lysosomal storage disorder.
