Target Information
H1N1 flu, commonly known as swine flu, is a variant of the influenza A virus. Swine influenza can result from several influenza A subtypes, such as H1N1, H1N2, H2N3, H3N1, and H3N2. The primary surface glycoproteins of the influenza virus, hemagglutinin (HA) and neuraminidase (NA), are crucial for the virus's infectivity and are the primary targets for neutralizing antibodies.
