Target Information

Vibrio parahaemolyticus is a curved, rod-shaped, Gram-negative bacterium typically found in marine and estuarine environments. It is oxidase-positive, facultatively aerobic, and non-spore-forming. Similar to other species within the Vibrio genus, V. parahaemolyticus is motile, equipped with a single polar flagellum.
