Anaplasma phagocytophilum Probe-based qPCR Kit

Anaplasma phagocytophilum, formerly known as Ehrlichia phagocytophilum, is a Gram-negative bacterium with a distinct affinity for neutrophils. It is responsible for causing anaplasmosis in sheep and cattle, commonly referred to as tick-borne fever and pasture fever, and it also leads to the zoonotic disease known as human granulocytic anaplasmosis. Infections of livestock, companion animals, and humans by A. phagocytophilum have been reported worldwide.
