Target Information
Bovine L-selectin, also known as CD62L or Leukocyte-endothelial cell adhesion molecule 1 (LECAM-1), is a glycoprotein member of the selectin family of adhesion receptors. It is expressed on the surface of all classes of leukocytes, including lymphocytes, monocytes, and polymorphonuclear cells. L-Selectin plays a crucial role in the immune response by mediating the attachment of neutrophils to the endothelium, facilitating their migration to sites of inflammation.
