Mouse Anti-Japanese Encephalitis Virus Envelope (E) Protein Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-Japanese encephalitis virus envelope (E) protein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Japanese encephalitis virus infection in swine. The clone N08Y905 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y906 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
Specifications
Target Information
Envelope (E) protein is a structural protein located on the surface of Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) particles. It forms the outermost layer of the viral envelope, and it facilitates the fusion of the viral envelope with the host cell membrane. It is also the main target of the host immune response. The E protein is often used as a target for the development of diagnostic tests and vaccines.
