Mouse Anti-Bovine Haptoglobin Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-bovine haptoglobin monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA, colloidal gold-based lateral flow immunoassay, CLIA, TINIA, and POCT to detect haptoglobin of bovine. The clone N08Y499 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y500 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Bovine haptoglobin, denoted as Target A, is a glycoprotein found in the blood of cattle. Haptoglobin is an acute-phase protein, and its concentrations in blood plasma can increase dramatically in response to inflammation, infection, or other forms of tissue injury. This protein plays a crucial role in the innate immune response and has several implications for both the health of cattle and diagnostic developments.
