Mouse Anti-Japanese Encephalitis Virus NS1 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-Japanese encephalitis virus NS1 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Japanese encephalitis virus infection in swine. The clone N08Y907 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y908 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Nonstructural protein 1 (NS1) of the Japanese encephalitis virus (JEV) is a multifunctional protein that interferes with the host's innate immune system and inhibits the production of interferons and other antiviral proteins. NS1 has been considered a potential target for vaccine development. Detection of NS1 in the serum of infected individuals has been used as a diagnostic marker for JEV.
