BioVenic mouse anti-feline calicivirus VP1 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose feline calicivirus infection in feline. The clone N08Y23 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y24 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

The coat protein, also known as the capsid protein, forms the outer shell or capsid of the feline calicivirus. The capsid protects the viral genetic material and facilitates the virus's attachment to host cells during the infection process.

This product is shipped with dry ice. Store at -20°C to -80°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
