BioVenic mouse anti-equine infectious anemia virus P26 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose equine infectious anemia in equine. The clone N07Y49 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N07Y50 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
P26 is a protein associated with the equine infectious anemia virus (EIAV). The P26 protein is involved in various stages of the viral life cycle, including the assembly and release of new viral particles. P26 is often used as a diagnostic marker for detecting antibodies against EIAV in infected horses.
