It can be applied to ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Aspergillus brasiliensis infection in bovine, ovine, caprine, and swine. The clone N08Y443 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y444 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information

Aspergillus brasiliensis is a member of the genus Aspergillus that produces black conidia (spores) that are easily dispersed in the environment. Aspergillus brasiliensis can cause lung infections. In rare cases, it invades existing lung cavities and forms a tangled ball of hyphae called an aspergilloma.
