Mouse Anti-Avian Leukosis Virus p27 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-avian leukosis virus p27 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose avian leukosis virus infection in chicken. The clone N08Y165 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y166 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Avian leukosis virus (ALV) core nucleocapsid protein p27 is a structural protein. During virus assembly, p27 facilitates the formation of the nucleocapsid core. p27 is often used as a target in diagnostic tests to detect the presence of ALV in chicken flocks.
