Mouse Anti-Canine Distemper Virus Nucleoprotein Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-canine distemper virus nucleoprotein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose distemper virus infection in feline, canine, skunk, panda, wolf, ferret, raccoon, and pinniped. The clone N07Y215 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N07Y216 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Canine distemper virus nucleoprotein protein plays a role in the transcription and replication of the viral genome. The N protein is often targeted in diagnostic assays for detecting canine distemper virus infections. Detection of antibodies against the N protein can be used to confirm exposure to the virus.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. Store at -20°C to -80°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
