BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for H9N2 hemagglutinin. It was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It can be applied to sandwich ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to analyze and monitor the prevalence of the H9N2 subtype in poultry. The clone O18Y19 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone O18Y20 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
