Mouse Anti-Rabies Virus Nucleoprotein Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-rabies virus nucleoprotein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose rabies in canine. The clone N07Y223 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N07Y224 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
Specifications
Target Information
The nucleoprotein is an internal protein of the rabies virus. It is involved in encapsulating the viral RNA, forming the ribonucleoprotein complex (RNP). The N protein is crucial for the transcription and replication of the viral genome. The N protein is often targeted in diagnostic tests for rabies.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. Store at -20°C to -80°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
