Target Information
Reston virus primarily affects non-human primates, especially macaques, causing a severe and often fatal hemorrhagic fever. Infected animals may exhibit symptoms such as fever, anorexia, respiratory distress, and signs of hemorrhagic disease. The virus can spread rapidly within primate populations, leading to significant morbidity and mortality.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. Store at -20°C to -80°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
