Mouse Anti-Brucella Monoclonal Antibody

Cat. No.VD11Y294

Product TypeVeterinary Antibodies

Size

Product Overview

BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for the Brucella. It was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It can be applied to ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Brucella infection in canine, bovine, equine, ovine, caprine, and swine. The clone N08Y369 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y370 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information

Brucella species are Gram-negative, non-spore-forming, and facultatively intracellular pathogens. Brucella is a genus of bacteria that includes several species known as Brucella species. These bacteria are responsible for causing brucellosis, a zoonotic infectious disease that primarily affects animals. Brucella primarily infects domestic and wild animals, including cattle, goats, sheep, pigs, dogs, and marine mammals. In animals, brucellosis can cause reproductive problems, including abortion, infertility, and reduced milk production.
