Mouse Anti-African Swine Fever Virus Pp62 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-African swine fever virus Pp62 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose African swine fever virus infection in swine. The clone N08Y713 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y714 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Pp62 is one of the polyproteins of the African swine fever virus, the other is Pp220. Pp62 is the main component of the nucleocapsid and is an indispensable protein for AFSV replication. At the same time, Pp62 is required for the correct assembly and maturation of the virion core. Inhibition of Pp62 will lead to the appearance of a large number of empty particles, an increase in the number of immature particles, and the accumulation of defective particles. Pp62 has become one of the important targets in AFSV diagnostic development.
