Mouse Anti-Canine Distemper Virus Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for the canine distemper virus. It was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It can be applied to ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose canine distemper virus infection in feline, canine, skunk, panda, ferret, raccoon, and pinniped. The clone N07Y131 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N07Y132 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Canine distemper virus (CDV) is a highly contagious and pathogenic virus that primarily affects dogs. The virus undergoes replication and development within the host's respiratory, gastrointestinal, and central nervous systems. CDV causes canine distemper, a systemic and often fatal disease in dogs. The virus can also infect other carnivores, including ferrets, raccoons, and certain species of wild animals.
