Target Information

Aeromonas hydrophila is a Gram-negative, facultatively anaerobic bacterium that is widely distributed in aquatic environments and can cause disease in both humans and animals, particularly in fish. The fkpA protein is a peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase, an enzyme that catalyzes the cis-trans isomerization of peptide bonds preceding proline residues. This function is crucial for protein folding and stability.

Target Aeromonas hydrophila fkpA
Target Synonym Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase
Taxonomy ID 644
Gene ID 89617420
