Mouse Anti-Toxoplasma gondii SAG1 Protein Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-Toxoplasma gondii SAG1 Protein monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Toxoplasma gondii infection in feline, canine, swine, avian, and ruminants. The clone N08Y277 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y278 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Toxoplasma gondii SAG1 protein is a crucial surface antigen found on the outer membrane of the tachyzoite stage of the parasite. SAG1 is highly immunogenic, and the host's immune system often generates an antibody response against this protein during infection. Detection of antibodies against SAG1 is commonly used in immunological tests to diagnose Toxoplasma gondii infections.
