Mouse Anti-Wesselsbron Virus (WSLV) NS1 Monoclonal Antibody-Detection
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for wesselsbron virus NS1. It is affinity purified by ion-exchange. It can be applied to LF and ELISA assays of wesselsbron virus NS1. The clone L9N16 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone L9N17 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
Specifications
Target Information
Wesselsbron virus (WSLV), a member of the family Coronaviridae, is known to infect ruminants and can lead to significant disease syndromes. The nonstructural protein 1 (Nsp1) of WSLV is a multifunctional protein involved in the regulation of viral RNA synthesis and in counteracting host immune responses. It plays a crucial role in the early stages of viral infection by modulating host cell functions.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with ice gel packs. Store at -20°C (up to 12 months) on receipt. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
