Target Information

T cells Subset γδ are a small T cell subset that express unique γ and δ TCR (T cell receptor) chains instead of the conventional a and b TCR chains. T cells Subset γδ plays an important part in promoting cytokine production and regulates pathogen clearance, inflammation, and tissue homeostasis in response to stress. Swine T cells Subset γδ have two levels of TCRγδ expression. Whereas TCRγδ(med) cells are mostly CD2+CD8− and CD2+CD8+, TCRγδ(hi) cells are highly enriched for CD2−CD8−.

Target Swine T cells Subset γδ
