  1. Always centrifuge tubes before opening. Avoid mixing by vortexing or pipetting. Reconstitute in ddH2O or 0.4 mg/mL of NaHCO3 to 100 μg/mL. Aliquote the reconstituted solution to minimise freeze-thaw cycles.
