Target Information
Swine insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP3) is a member of the IGF binding protein family, which plays a multifunctional role in cellular processes such as proliferation, differentiation, survival, migration, senescence, autophagy, and angiogenesis
. It modulates the actions of insulin-like growth factors (IGFs) by regulating their availability to the IGF-I receptors and also exerts IGF-independent actions by interacting with several non-IGF proteins and growth factors.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. It is recommended to aliquote as needed and store at -80°C upon receipt. Reconstituted protein solution can be stored at 4°C for 1 week, at < -80°C for 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
