Target Information

Colistin, also referred to as polymyxin E, is an antibiotic used to prevent and treat diseases caused by susceptible bacteria, such as Salmonella and Escherichia coli, in animals like rabbits, pigs, poultry, cattle, sheep, and goats. It is also utilized in poultry raised for egg production and in cattle, sheep, and goats that produce milk for human consumption.
