Target Information

Cluster of differentiation 34 (CD34) is a transmembrane glycoprotein expressed on early lymphohematopoietic stem cells, progenitor cells, and endothelial cells. CD34 plays an important role in promoting the proliferation of progenitor cells, inhibiting the differentiation of stem cells, and enhancing cellular migration and adhesion. Swine CD34 can detect a subset of bone marrow progenitor cells.
