Mouse Anti-Campylobacter fetus Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for the Campylobacter fetus. It was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It can be applied to ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Campylobacter fetus infection in ovine. The clone N08Y649 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y650 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Campylobacter fetus is a Gram-negative, spiral-shaped bacterium that can cause infections in both humans and animals. Campylobacter fetus is known for its ability to colonize and persist in the reproductive tracts of animals. In cattle, it can lead to endometritis and infertility. The bacterium can be transmitted venereally, through contaminated semen, or via direct contact with infected animals or their reproductive discharges.
