Target Information

Cluster of differentiation 335 (CD335), also known as natural cytotoxicity triggering receptor 1 (NCR1) is a 46 kDa type I transmembrane protein characterized by two C2-type Ig-like domain. CD335 is not expressed by all swine NK cells and that CD335 discriminates swine NK cells differing in regard to cytokine production. CD335 plays an important role in the recognition and destruction of tumor cells and in viral and bacterial clearance.
