Mycoplasma hyorhinis is a bacterial species belonging to the Mycoplasmataceae family, commonly present as a commensal organism in the respiratory tract of pigs and, on rare occasions, in the skin of humans. It is believed to contribute to and worsen diseases like porcine enzootic pneumonia and porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS).
