Nervous Necrosis Virus (NNV) Probe-based RT-qPCR Kit

Nervous necrosis virus (NNV) is a small, icosahedral, non-enveloped virus measuring 24-34 nm in diameter. It possesses a bipartite single-stranded positive-sense RNA genome, which includes RNA1 and RNA2, as well as a subgenomic RNA3. These encode for an RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRp), a coat protein (CP), and protein B2, respectively. NNV belongs to the family Nodaviridae and is classified under the genus Betanodavirus. It is the causative agent of viral nervous necrosis (VNN), also known as viral encephalopathy and retinopathy (VER).
