Porcine hemagglutinating encephalomyelitis virus (PHEV) is a single-stranded, positive-sense RNA virus belonging to the family Coronaviridae, genus Betacoronavirus. It typically causes vomiting and wasting disease and/or encephalitis in neonatal pigs. PHEV infections are found nearly worldwide. This virus is not known to be zoonotic and does not pose a public health threat to humans.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
