Target Information

Ornithobacterium rhinotracheale is a gram-negative, non-motile, non-sporulating bacterium that belongs to the superfamily V rRNA and the family Flavobacteriaceae. It causes ornitobacteriosis, a disease marked by respiratory conditions ranging from mild to severe, with high mortality rates, primarily affecting turkeys and chickens.
