Target Information

Porcine granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (pGM-CSF) is a multifunctional cytokine involved in the regulation of hematopoiesis and immune responses. It is produced by various cell types, including T and B lymphocytes, macrophages, endothelial cells, and fibroblasts, and is typically released under inflammatory or immune-stimulatory conditions. pGM-CSF promotes the differentiation and proliferation of hematopoietic progenitor cells, particularly granulocytes and macrophages, and enhances the antimicrobial activity of neutrophils by increasing phagocytosis and oxidative metabolism.
