Target Information

Bovine coagulation factor IX, also referred to as Christmas factor, is a plasma glycoprotein that participates in the intrinsic pathway of blood coagulation in cattle. It is a serine protease that, when activated by Factor XIa, converts Factor X to Factor Xa, which is essential for the conversion of prothrombin to thrombin and the formation of a stable blood clot
