Target Information

Streptomycin is an antibiotic used to treat various bacterial infections, including tuberculosis, Mycobacterium avium complex, endocarditis, brucellosis, Burkholderia infections, plague, tularemia, and rat bite fever. In veterinary medicine, streptomycin is combined with penicillins to address bacterial infections in cattle, sheep, and pigs.
