Target Information
Taylorella equigenitalis is a Gram-negative, non-motile, microaerophilic bacterium within the genus Taylorella, and it is the causative agent of contagious equine metritis (CEM) in horses. This bacterium is primarily found in the urethral fossa, distal urethra, prepuce, and free part of the penis in stallions, as well as in the clitoral fossa or sinus in mares.

This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
