Target Information
P54 is one of the inner membrane proteins of the African swine fever virus. Its most important function is to participate in intracellular microtubule-dependent transport of viral capsids to virus factories through interaction with host dynein. As one of the immune proteins of the African swine fever virus, P54 can be used as a target for diagnostic development.
