BioVenic mouse monoclonal antibody is specific for the Mycobacterium avium. It was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It can be applied to ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Mycobacterium avium infection in feline, canine, rabbit, bovine, equine, ovine, caprine, and swine. The clone N08Y385 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y386 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
