Mouse Anti-Nipah Virus Glycoprotein G Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-Nipah virus glycoprotein G monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose Nipah virus infection in swine. The clone N08Y773 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y774 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
Specifications
Target Information
Glycoprotein G binds to specific cellular receptors on the surface of host cells and is involved in the initial attachment of the Nipah virus to host cells. Glycoprotein G is commonly used as a diagnostic marker in serological assays to detect Nipah virus infection in pigs.
