Specifications
Target Information
Porcine Ubiquitin Carboxyl-Terminal Hydrolase 7 (USP7) is a key enzyme involved in the deubiquitination of target proteins, including p53, MDM2, and PTEN. It regulates protein stability and activity by counteracting ubiquitin ligases, thus influencing cell growth, apoptosis, and DNA repair. USP7 also plays a role in maintaining DNA methylation and stabilizing transcription factors such as FOXP3.
