Target Information
CD11c, also known as Integrin alpha X (complement component 3 receptor 4 subunit) (ITGAX) is a type I transmembrane protein that is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, a subset of B cells, dendritic cells, and macrophages and may be demonstrated on B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia, marginal zone lymphomas, and hairy cell leukemia. Swine dendritic cells could express CD11c. CD11c plays important role in mediating cell-cell interaction during inflammatory responses.
