Target Information
Fusarium equiseti is a fungal species that acts as a plant pathogen across a diverse array of crops, though it is generally regarded as a weak pathogen when it comes to cereals. This species produces several mycotoxins, including nivalenol, fusarenon X, T-2 toxin, diacetoxyscirpenol, butenolide, zearalenone, among others that are less well-characterized. These Fusarium mycotoxins can affect the health of both humans and animals.
