Mouse Anti-Bovine Calmodulin Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-bovine calmodulin monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA, colloidal gold-based lateral flow immunoassay, CLIA, TINIA, and POCT to detect calmodulin of bovine. The clone N08Y495 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y496 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Calmodulin is a ubiquitous and highly conserved calcium-binding protein found in eukaryotic cells, playing a crucial role in mediating cellular responses to changes in intracellular calcium levels. In bovine, calmodulin is integral to processes like muscle contraction, cell cycle progression, and neurotransmitter release.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with dry ice. Store at -20°C to -80°C on receipt (up to 12 months). Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody.
Documents
The product is for research use only.
Not for commercial, prophylactic, diagnostic, or therapeutic applications.
User Note
- The clone N08Y495 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and N08Y496 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.
