Mouse Anti-Rotavirus VP6 Monoclonal Antibody
Product Overview
BioVenic mouse anti-rotavirus VP6 monoclonal antibody was produced in hybridoma and subsequently assessed for purity using SDS-PAGE. It is used in ELISA and lateral flow immunoassay to diagnose rotavirus infection in ovine. The clone N08Y481 can be used as capture antibody in the ELISA assay, and the clone N08Y482 can be used as detection antibody in the ELISA assay.

Target Information
Rotavirus VP6 is a structural protein associated with the inner capsid of the rotavirus virion. The VP6 protein plays a crucial role in the formation and stability of the inner capsid, and it is a significant antigenic component of the virus. VP6 is highly immunogenic and a major target of the host immune response. It is used as an important antigen in the development of rotavirus vaccines. VP6 also is used in diagnostic assays to detect rotavirus infections.
