Target Information
The Ross River virus (RRV) is a small, encapsulated single-stranded RNA Alphavirus found primarily in Australia, Papua New Guinea, and various South Pacific islands. It causes Ross River fever, a type of mosquito-borne tropical disease that is not fatal but can be extremely debilitating. The virus has been detected in a diverse array of animals, such as rats, dogs, horses, possums, flying foxes, bats, and birds.
Shipping and Storage
This product is shipped with wet ice packs. Store at -20°C for 12 months. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
